An Invitation

This summer, Sacred Spaces Kollectiv invites you into a 2.5-day immersive retreat in Estes Park, Colorado—a carefully curated experience of ritual, movement, rest, connection, and renewal.

It’s an intentional pause to recalibrate your inner landscape, so you can return to your life clearer, steadier, and more aligned. Surrounded by nature, this retreat weaves together sacred ritual, elemental alchemy, somatic practices, and spacious integration.

If you’ve done the inner work and feel ready to integrate it into your lived experience, this space was created for you.
This retreat is designed to help you shed what is no longer aligned, restore internal balance, and anchor new intentions with clarity and embodiment.

At its heart is a powerful theme: Death & Rebirth.

Not physical death, but the symbolic closing of an old chapter — and the
conscious invitation of what comes next.

This is an opportunity to move beyond simply thinking about transformation and begin experiencing it through the body, the senses, and intentional practice.

Arrival and Intention
We begin by settling into the space and connecting with the land and one another. An opening circle, grounding practices, and elemental ritual invite participants to name what they are ready to release and what they want to call in.

Ceremony and Renewal
We move into deeper ritual through the Death & Rebirth and Plant Medicine ceremonies, with movement, reflection, and generous time for rest woven around the experiences.

Integration and Embodiment
We close with time in nature, reflection, and a sharing circle, helping participants translate what arose into meaningful intentions and practices for daily life.

The Arc of the Retreat

Over two and a half days, the retreat follows an intentional progression from arrival and grounding to deeper exploration, ceremony, and integration.

Somatic Movement, Breathwork & Meditation
Gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation invite participants to reconnect with their bodies and develop greater awareness of how emotions, habits, and experiences are held and expressed physically.
These practices are offered with space for each person to move at their own pace.

Elemental Alchemy — Earth, Water, Fire, Air & Spirit
Drawing on the symbolic qualities of the five elements, participants explore different aspects of balance, intention, and personal transformation.
Earth invites grounding. Water suggests flow. Fire represents change. Air opens space for new perspective. Spirit brings attention to the deeper meaning we give our experiences.
Through elemental practices and guided ritual, these symbols become ways to reflect on our relationship with ourselves and the world around us.

Plant Medicine Ceremony
A guided inward journey incorporating plant medicine, energy work, sound healing elements, and opportunities for personal reflection.
The ceremony is approached as part of the retreat's larger journey of release, renewal, and integration, with attention to each participant's individual experience.
Participation is subject to appropriate screening, preparation, and the confirmed ceremonial framework.

The Sacred Spaces Experience

The Death & Rebirth Ceremony
One of the defining experiences of Sacred Spaces is a symbolic rite of passage.

Through guided reflection and writing, participants begin by identifying what they are ready to release — perhaps an old identity, a limiting belief, or a familiar pattern that no longer reflects who they are becoming.

A symbolic letting-go ceremony creates space to acknowledge that ending.
The experience then turns toward renewal: identifying the qualities, intentions, and ways of being participants wish to carry forward.

Rather than simply declaring a new beginning, the ceremony invites participants to explore what it might feel like to embody that change.

Nature, Rest & Community
Not every meaningful experience happens during a formal practice.

Time in nature, tea ceremony, intuitive card exploration, shared reflection, and moments of solitude are woven throughout the gathering.

Nestled in the Colorado Rockies near Rocky Mountain National Park, Dao House offers a beautiful setting for stepping away from familiar routines.

Surrounded by mountain scenery, pine forests, and open skies, participants have an opportunity to reconnect with the rhythms of the natural world.

The landscape becomes part of the experience — a place to walk, reflect, breathe, and notice what begins to shift when we give ourselves time and space.

Here, the changing elements are not merely symbols explored during the retreat.

They are present all around us.
The earth beneath our feet. The mountain air. The warmth of the sun. The movement of water. The expansive Colorado sky.
A fitting setting for a journey of release and renewal.
